Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Fort Myers Inclusive Playground for Children of 9
All Abilities is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1627, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportuni ty to fund the Fort Myers 16
Inclusive Playground for Children of All Abilities as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1627. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
