Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Ecosphere Restoration Institute Submerged 10
Aquatic Vegetation Statewide Restoration and Aquaculture Program 11
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 12
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 13
Appropriations Project Request 1792, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 17
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Ecosphere 18
Restoration Institute Submerged Aquatic Vegetation Statewide 19
Restoration and Aquaculture Program as described in 20
Appropriations Project Request 1792. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
