Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Fort Myers Water Reuse Project is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1644, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Fort 14
Myers Water Reuse Project as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1644. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
