Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Fort Myers Citywide Septic Tank Abandonment 9
Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1630, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $187,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Fort Myers 16
Citywide Septic Tank Abandonment Program as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1630. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
