Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Quality Life Center - Arts, Character & 9
Education (ACE) Program is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives an d is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1507, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $622,400 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Quality Life Center - Arts, 16
Character & Education (ACE) Program as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1507. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
