Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. LARC Commercial Culinary Training Program is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1384, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $650,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the LARC Commercial 14
Culinary Training Program as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1384. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
