Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Thrive Academy Project Planning is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1328, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Thrive Academy 14
Project Planning as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
1328. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
