Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Okaloosa - County Road 2 Road Safety and Bridge 9
Upgrades is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is de scribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1035, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,000,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Okaloosa - County Road 2 Road Safety and Bridge Upgrades as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1035. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
