Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Citizens Moving Forward - Renovation Project is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 1052, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 14
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Citizens Moving 15
Forward - Renovation Project as described in Appropriations 16
Project Request 1052. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
