Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miracle Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - 9
SNF Community Health Rebuild and Expansion is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 774, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Health to fund the Miracle Hill Nursing & 16
Rehabilitation Center - SNF Community Health Rebuild and 17
Expansion as described in Appropriations Project Request 774. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
