Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Cape Coral North Wellfield Expansion is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1750, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Cape 14
Coral North Wellfield Expa nsion as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 1750. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
