Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pinellas County Schools - Leadership and 9
Professional Development Center is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1156, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $4,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Pinellas County Schools 16
- Leadership and Professional Development Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1156. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
