Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Selah Freedom Programs and Services for Victims 9
of Sex Trafficking and Exploitation is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 687, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Legal Affairs and Attorney General to fund the 16
Selah Freedom Programs and Services for Victims of Sex 17
Trafficking and Exploitation as described in Appropriations 18
Project Request 687. 19
Section 3. This act shall take eff ect July 1, 2022. 20
