Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. St. Augustine Beach Flood Reduction - 7th, 8th 9
and 9th Street Drainage is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1470, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $90,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the St. Augustine 16
Beach Flood Reduction - 7th, 8th and 9th Street Drainage as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1470. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
