Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. St. Augustine Beach Resiliency Improvements - 9
Ocean Oaks Subdivision Flood Protection is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in T he Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1468, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the St. Augustine 16
Beach Resiliency Improvements - Ocean Oaks Subdivision Flood 17
Protection as described in Appropriations Project Request 1468. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
