Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Supportive Housing Opportunities for Recovery 9
(SHOR) is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1427, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,002,738 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Supportive 16
Housing Opportunities for Recovery (SHOR) as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1427. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
