Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. St. Johns River State College - 10
Renovation/Addition of Labs and Support Services Building 1009 - 11
Palatka is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 12
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 13
Appropriations Project Request 1499, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $16,098,760 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 17
the Department of Education to fund the St. Johns River State 18
College - Renovation/Addition of Labs and Support Services 19
Building 1009 - Palatka as described in Appropriations Project 20
Request 1499. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
