Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Santa Fe College - Renovate/Remodel Building K 10
- Repurpose Academic Space and Correct Deferred Maintenance 11
(Phase 1) is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 12
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 13
Appropriations Project Request 1512, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $3,775,899 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 17
the Department of Education to fund the Santa Fe College - 18
Renovate/Remodel Building K - Repurpose Academic Space and 19
Correct Deferred Maintenance (Phase 1) as described in 20
Appropriations Project Request 1512. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
