Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Meridian Behavioral Healthcare Putnam County 9
Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in T he Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1674, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $585,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Meridian 16
Behavioral Healthcare Putnam County Substance Use Disorder 17
Treatment Facility as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 1674. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
