Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Titusville Enhanced Drinking Water Treatment is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 1710, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 14
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Titusville 15
Enhanced Drinking Water Treatment as described in Appropriations 16
Project Request 1710. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
