Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Dual 10
Diagnosis Services: Mental Health and Intellectual/Developmenta l 11
Disabilities is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 12
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 13
in Appropriations Project Request 1347, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 17
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Devereux 18
Advanced Behavioral Health Dual Diagnosis Services: Mental 19
Health and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities as described 20
in Appropriations Project Request 1347. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
