Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lykes Regional Water Solutions Turkey Branch 9
Water Storage and Treatment is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1229, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Lykes 16
Regional Water Solutions Turkey Branch Water Storage and 17
Treatment as described in Appropriations Project Request 1229. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
