Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Okeechobee County - High School Special 9
Facility is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1244, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $15,609,865 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Okeechobee County - High 16
School Special Facility as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 1244. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
