Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Avon Park Executive Airport Infrastructure 9
Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1222, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $18,559,475 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust 15
Fund is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund 16
the Avon Park Executive Airport Infrastructure Improvements as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1222. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
