Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Okeechobee County Demolition and Property 9
Improvements at Florida School for Boys is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Ru les of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1246, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Okeechobee 16
County Demolition and Property Improvements at Florida School 17
for Boys as described in Appropriations Project Request 1246. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
