Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Okeechobee City Hall Restoration is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1223, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Okeechobee City 14
Hall Restoration as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
1223. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
