Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Okeechobee Taylor Creek SE 8th Avenue 9
Stormwater Conveyance Improvements Phase 2 is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Ru les of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1239, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $240,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Okeechobee 16
Taylor Creek SE 8th Avenue Stormwater Conveyance Improvements 17
Phase 2 as described in Appropriations Project Request 1239. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
