Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Moore Haven Caloosahatchee River Area Water 9
Quality Stormwater Improvements is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Ho use of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1238, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $934,960 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Moore Haven 16
Caloosahatchee River Area Water Quality Stormwater Improvements 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1238. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
