Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Okeechobee County Utility Authority Treasure 9
Island Septic to Sewer Infrastructure is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The R ules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1236, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the 16
Okeechobee County Utility Authority Treasure Island Septic to 17
Sewer Infrastructure as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 1236. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
