Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Glades County Phase 3 Wastewater Treatment Plan 9
Expansion Membrane Bioreactor Addition is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1235, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,980,789 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Glades 16
County Phase 3 Wastewater Treatment Plan Expansion Membrane 17
Bioreactor Addition as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 1235. 19
Section 3. This act shall take ef fect July 1, 2022. 20
