Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Glades County Bowden Estates Septic to Sewer 9
Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1232, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,840,417 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protecti on to fund the Glades 16
County Bowden Estates Septic to Sewer Improvements as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1232. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
