Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. South Florida State College - Commercial 9
Vehicle Driver Simulation Lab is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 996, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the South Florida State 16
College - Commercial Vehicle Driver Simulation Lab as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 996. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
