Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Okeechobee County Jail Renovation Improvements 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1213, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $25,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Okeechobee County 16
Jail Renovation Improvements as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1213. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
