Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Excellent and Equitable Sickle Cell Disease 9
Career in Florida is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1298, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Health to fund the Excellent and Equitable 16
Sickle Cell Disease Career in Florida as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1298. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
