Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Tampa Water Quality Treatment Pilot for PURE 9
(Purify Usable Resources for the Environment) is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 1137, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Tampa 16
Water Quality Treatment Pilot for PURE (Purify Usable Resources 17
for the Environment) as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 1137. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
