Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Jackson County School District - Transportation 9
Coordination Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representa tives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 940, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Jackson County School 16
District - Transportation Coordination Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 940. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
