Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. SunCoast Blood Centers is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1309, herein incorporated by re ference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $450,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Health to fund the SunCoast Blood Centers as 14
described in Appropriations Project Request 1309. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
