Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Fort Myers Caloosahatchee Basin Water Quality 9
and Resiliency Improvements is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1631, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $690,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Fort Myers 16
Caloosahatchee Basin Water Quality and Resiliency Improvements 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1631. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
