Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Santa Rosa County Public Safety Consolidated 9
Dispatch Center Planning and Design is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Ru les of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 1074, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Financial Services to fund the Santa Rosa County 16
Public Safety Consolidated Dispatch Center Planning and Design 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1074. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
