Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Okaloosa County Water & Sewer - Florosa Potable 9
Water Elevated Storage Tank is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Ho use of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1037, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Okaloosa 16
County Water & Sewer - Florosa Potable Water Elevated Storage 17
Tank as described in Appropriations Project Request 1037. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
