Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. District 1 Medical Examiners Facility Planning 9
and Design is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1071, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the District 1 Medical 16
Examiners Facility Planning and Design as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1071. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
