Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Re-Entry Alliance Pensacola, Inc. - Santa Rosa 9
Re-Entry Portal is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1072, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Corrections to fund the Re-Entry Alliance 16
Pensacola, Inc. - Santa Rosa Re-Entry Portal as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1072. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
