Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Hallandale Beach - Electric Bus Fleet Parking 9
and Charging Facility is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representa tives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1780, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $785,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Economic O pportunity to fund the Hallandale Beach 16
- Electric Bus Fleet Parking and Charging Facility as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1780. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
