Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Lincolnville Museum is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1764, herein incorporated by refere nce. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of State to fund the Lincolnville Museum as described 14
in Appropriations Project Request 1764. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
