Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. St. Johns County Acquisition of Residential 9
Property in Summer Haven South is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hou se of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1733, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the St. Johns 16
County Acquisition of Residential Property in Summer Haven South 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1733. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
