Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Alpha Omega Miracle Home Campus - Phase I, II & 9
IIIA is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 463, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Alpha Omega 16
Miracle Home Campus - Phase I, II & IIIA as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 463. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
