Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. St. Johns EPIC Recovery Center Women's 9
Substance Abuse Residential Treatment Beds is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The R ules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1068, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the St. Johns EPIC 16
Recovery Center Women's Substance Abuse Residential Treatment 17
Beds as described in Appropriations Project Request 1068. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
