Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Study on Conditional Medical Release Program is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 1619, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $203,120 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 14
Department of Corrections to fund the Study on Conditional 15
Medical Release Program as described in Appropriations Project 16
Request 1619. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
