Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. St. Pete Beach Coastal Resiliency - Community 9
Center Shoreline Rehabilitation is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1540, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,650,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the St. Pete 16
Beach Coastal Resiliency - Community Center Shoreline 17
Rehabilitation as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
1540. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
