Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. South Florida State Hospital Facility Wide 9
Generator to Support COVID -19 Mitigation is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1288, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the South 16
Florida State Hospital Facility Wide Generator to Support COVID -17
19 Mitigation as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
1288. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
